All properties have parking available and are available for rent upon our standard licence or estate lease written in plain English and easy to understand, for a term to be agreed. There is no additional VAT chargeable on our properties available for rent. A modest service charge is payable for the upkeep and maintenance of the estate.
Our terms exclude the Security of Tenure Provisions of Landlord and Tenant Act (Part II) – this is normal.
We can provide information on current rates only - current Rateable Values are as advertised on www.gov.uk. Properties with a Rateable Value of less than £12,000 are eligible for 100% Small Business Rate Relief from April 2017. Horsham District Council Rates Department can verify any enquiry on rates and provide information on entitlement to rates relief.
